About Kiesewetter Angus

Kiesewetter Angus produces high quality cattle that will benefit purebred, commercial and club calf producers who want sound, functional breeding stock that will improve the quality and performance of their herd. We offer cattle and embryos for sale throughout the year. Our bulls are sold private treaty at the farm and through our marketing agreement with Brian Stoller at Bear Mountain Angus in Nebraska. Our females are sold private treaty at the farm and through our female production sale.

Meet Kramers Lady 065. Kramers Lady 065 was born on Apr 15, 2020 to PVF Blacklist 7077 (sire) and Top Line Lady 9111 (dam).

“Liz” was acquired private treaty from Marvin Kramer at Kramer Angus in Farina, IL. We were attracted to her stunning phenotype, balanced EPD’s and the maternal strength of her dam who was also the Reserve Grand Champion Female at the National Western Stock Show in Denver, CO. Liz was a class winner at the IL State Preview Show and a class winner and Reserve Division winner at the All American Angus Breeders Futurity in Louisville, KY. She was also second in class and Land of Lincoln Reserve Division winner at the IL State Fair Open Show. Liz and her 2022 heifer calf by K A Checkmate 045 were Res Champ Cow Calf Pair at both 2022 IL State Preview Shows and Grand Champ Cow Calf Pair at the 2022 IL State Fair open show. We expect her to make show heifers and excellent maternal performance cattle for us and our customers.

Our operation is located in the gently rolling hills of West Central Illinois in the Spoon River watershed 25 miles west of Peoria, IL. We make our home in Farmington, which was formed and grew during the coal strip mining days of the 1900's.

Over the past 40+ years, we have grown our operation to have pastures spread throughout Fulton County, as well as other counties in the area. We pride ourselves in caring for our rural area and welcome anyone interested to come see us in action.
